Here are the steps so you can organize and plan:
- on the day of arrival at our structure or the first working day after arrival: issue of the "codice fiscale" (tax ID code);
- on the same day of the "codice fiscale" issuance: residency application before the "ufficio anagrafe" (registry office);
- applicant must wait for the "vigile urbano" (municipal guard) visit: maximum period of 45 days granted by Italian law, however in the municipalities where we develop our activities, the visit takes an average of 5 to 15 days (if necessary, the applicant can make nearby trips while waiting for the visit);
- as soon as the clerk completes the residence confirmation registration, carried out within 2 days after the "vigile" visit, we will be able to file the request of Italian citizenship recognition;
- on the same day of the Italian citizenship application, we will apply for the "permesso di soggiorno" (visa);
- once the "permesso" request has been completed, the mandatory presence period ends.
Finally, in compliance with European privacy legislation, we emphasize that we can officially book a place to carry out the process after the formalization of our provision of services contract, upon 30% down payment.
